Maggie DiFalco
Maggie DiFalco has been the owner of Maggie Salon and Spa for eleven years. Her career began as a first grade teacher after graduating from the University of Miami with a degree in education. Her passion for teaching has been maintained as the salon has developed and grown. Because education is so highly valued by her, everyone in the staff is encouraged to have continued education throughout the years.

Maggie and her staff have earned many honors  and recognition in the industry. The salon was chosen four years in a row by SALON TODAY MAGAZINE as one of America's top 200 fastest growing salons in America. The Miami Herald honored the staff by awarding them with their Readers Choice Award for best salon in 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005.

Kristina Branagan
I began my hairstyling career here at Maggie's in 1999. Through the years, I have attended many advanced haircutting, styling and and coloring classes. I specialize in color and color correction, hair straightening, cutting and styling.

Leslie DeVito
Eighteen years of experience in the beauty industry has served Leslie De Vito well. She has evolved with the ever -changing trends to maintain the highest quality skills for her clients. She believes that continuous education is the key to her success as a Hair Stylist and Designer. In addition to hair design, she also specializes in long hair dressing, special occasion styles & chemical services (perms and color).

Jaclyn DiFalco
My name is Jackie and I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 4 years. I continually attend courses to stay up-to-date with all the latest trends and techniques. I enjoy all aspects of being a cosmetologist especially dramatic makeovers.

I have been a stylist for 16 years, 3 of which have been at Maggie's. I attend educational classes and hair shows to keep up with the latest styles and trends. I specialize in color, whether it be highlights, color corrections or a touch up. I also love cutting hair. I am very luckythat I truly love what I do and the people I work with.

Janya Lindsey
I have been in the hair industry for 13 years, 3 of which have been at Maggie's. I am a Eufora International Educator. I am always taking classes on the latest trends. I specialize in color and color correction, haircutting and styling, updos and makeup for special events and hair straightening. My newest endeavor is the "Flash Wave", not your grandma's perm, but a more updated texturing service to create natural looking wave. I have a great passion for my job, and love the people I work with.

Hector Rincon
I love people, life and animals. I have a passion for tennis, drawing and makeovers. I love what I do which is making people feel good, happy and beautiful. For me it is a gift to see the smile of happiness. Life is too short not to look your best! Being at Maggie's for 6 years have given me so much knowledge I wouldn't change it for anything!

Donna Smith
With 22 years of experience, Donna has been with Maggie since the doors opened in 1994. She is a Master Stylist who enjoys all aspects of the profession, styling, long hairdressing, color and all chemical services. This Florida girl truly loves her work and enjoys a strong rapport with her clientele.

Jill Wagner
I have been a hair stylist for 5 years, the last 3 here at Maggie's Salon. I continuously educate myself on the latest cutting and coloring techniques. I love what I do. It's always been so fun for me to create different styles with cuts and color.
